EOTN: Barney meets Oscar the grouch

Remember what's my makeup look during a birthday's celebration of my friend. Here's what it is. I already have a chance to take a picture of it. So another eyeshadow look for the night. Hope you'll have fun!

I love purple but I hate green. That's why I decided to mix and blend these colors. I have fun playing with 'em. Here it goes:

Barney meets Oscar

STEP 1:

MAC Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo Bright side Gallery Gal in Green

Apply the green shade as your base eyeshadow.

I put some loose powder under my eyes to catch any particles of eye shadow that fall from my brush so it can be easily removed later.

STEP 2:

TBS Hot Brights Eye Color in Violet Sunset

I use the purple shade on my outer lid. Blend it with the green shade.

STEP 3:

TBS Hot Brights Eye Color in Violet Sunset

Apply the pink shade just above the crease. Mix and blend again.

STEP 4:

MAC Mineralize Eyeshadow Duo

Bright side Gallery Gal in
Champagne

Pat it on the middle lid area of your eyes.

STEP 5:

.

Lined my eyes with MAC Fluidline Eyeliner Gel in Rich Ground.

STEP 6:

Curl your lashes and applied 2/more coats of

TBS Divide & Multiply Mascara.

STEP 7:

Line the outer lower lash line with any purple shade while the inner lower lash line with any green shade.

EOTD: Green- minded chick

Imagine life without colors
Isn't it so sad?
Boring. Lifeless.

Good thing God didn't want us to be sad. He brings colors to this world so let's enjoy it, flaunt it and have fun with it!

And for my EOTD:

Here I am trying to make a look with my Pink Wink by Penshoppe and TBS Shimmer Cube Palette 18.

STEP 1:

I use this shade as my base eyeshadow.

STEP 2:

TBS Shimmer Cube Palette 18

Green shimmer just above the upper lash line.

STEP 3:

Revlon Soft on the Eyes Sheer Loose Shadow Head in the Clouds

Apply this above the crease.

STEP 4:

TBS Rose Flower Eyes 01 in Sunshine Gold

I always used this as my highlighter,
apply it in the brow bone and in the inner corner of my eyes.

STEP 5:

Nichido Liquid Eyeliner in Black
Obviously, I used this as an eyeliner in my upper lash line.

STEP 6:

TBS Divide & Multiply Mascara

STEP 7:

Nichido Gorgeous Eye Pencil Girl's Night Out

Eye Pencil
06 Thin Mints

for my lower lash line
I'm gonna put this in my unbeatable tipid picks list ^_^

FINAL RESULTS:

My chicken pox scars looks terrible. I got that since I was young. Don't wanna edit it though just to make me look better. LOL!

Ooops! I forgot to put on my lipstick! LOL! Ewe! I look like a monster! Haha! It's already 3 am here. I can't sleep so I decided to make an EOTD. Hope you'll like it ^_^

Face to Face: The Body Shop Shimmer Cube Palette 18

"My my, how can I resist you?
Mamma mia, does it show again?
My my, just how much I've missed you
Yes, I've been brokenhearted
Blue since the day we parted
Why, why did I ever let you go?
Mamma mia, now I really know,
My my, I could never let you go."

Hmmm...MAC Colour Craft makes me sing! But I have to win! I need self-control! Goooosfraba! Goooosfraba! ^_^

Yeah! We all have temptations! We all want MAC because it's MAC! While blog hopping, I saw a lot of beauty bloggers showing their swatches of MAC Colour Craft. Reading every reviews, looking the different swatches, I even have my choices on what to buy if I already have the mullah. But I want them all. How I wish I can buy it all!

So I have to live not in my dreams but in the reality that I can't afford them all. What I did was to look for other brands with the same shades. I guess this can stop me raving.

Did you know that MAC Colour Craft Mineralize Eyeshadow in Fashion Patch had almost the same shade with TBS Shimmer Cubes Palette 18?
Almost, because TBS have only 3 shades of what's in MAC.

MAC Colour Craft Mineralize Eyeshadow in Fashion Patch

***Got this picture from MAC website, don't wanna steal images from other beauty bloggers.

The Body Shop Shimmer Cubes Palette 18

I got this for a long time and after MAC Colour Craft was release, that's when I remember that I also have the same shades. I think I won't be needing MAC Fashion Patch anymore. I catch this item on sale that's why it's much cheaper than MAC. I forgot the original price of this and when I searched online thru TBS website, it's $22(~PHP 1,058.13) while MAC Fashion Patch is shockingly way cheaper, it's only $19.50 (~PHP 937.89). So obviously, it's not advisable to buy TBS with its original price. If you can catch this baby on sale or if its even available, then you're a lucky girl.

SWATCHES

Here are a few similarities and differences based on what I've observed and researched in both products.

Note from the Author: I don't know much about MAC Fashion Patch but this is just what I observed, researched, read and saw. I may not include images nor names of persons since this is based on my own opinion.

Ingredients are not included in the websites of both product.

SHADES:
The left part of the shades are what the product have and the right part is what it looks like (based on my opinion)

**I can't say much since I don't own MAC Fashion Patch but we all know MAC carries its name for being a highly pigmented makeup and dependably long lasting, therefore the info above can possibly be true. ^_^

I do love looking for products that is way cheaper than that of expensive makeup like MAC. All you have to do is make a wide search so you can find the same quality with reasonable price.

You can make a party/night-out looks with this TBS Shimmer Cube.

TBS Website
says,

Best if you want to:

Create a flirty, feminine look with four fresh, shimmering eye colors.

TIPS:

Shimmer Cube Shades can be used separately or blended together. Apply dry for a sheer finish or wet for greater color intensity and metallic finish.

Hope you learn something! ^_^ Thanks for reading...
